What’s included in your service?

We handle everything: a custom design consultation, all lights and materials, professional installation, routine maintenance (free repairs or replacements if needed), end-of-season removal, and even storage. It’s truly all-inclusive.

Yes! We provide all the high-quality, commercial-grade LED lights, clips, timers, and extension cords needed for your display. Our all-inclusive packages include installation, maintenance throughout the season, removal, and storage — so you don’t have to worry about buying or storing any materials yourself.

Already have your own lights? No problem — we’re happy to install those too, as long as they’re in good working condition

We’re local and proud to serve Thurston, Pierce, King, and Mason Counties. We primarily focus on residential homes, but we also brighten up local businesses or community events—just tell us what you need!

No worries—that’s part of our job. If any bulbs burn out or strands fail, just let us know. We’ll come out and replace or repair it at no extra charge, so you always have a perfect display.

For most typical 1-story homes in the Seattle area we’re seeing jobs start around $400-$600 if you already have the lights and we’re just installing along the roofline.
If you’d like us to provide the lights (we supply high-quality outdoor LED strings), handle the install, the timer hookup, and we’ll also come back in January to remove everything and neatly store them until next year, then the job typically starts around $700-$900.
For larger homes (2-stories, wrap trees, custom colours or effects) the cost often runs into the $1,000+ range. We will swing by (free estimate), walk your house with you, we’ll talk about what you want (roofline, trees, colour scheme, removal/storage), then I’ll send you a quote so you know exactly what you’re getting.”
